Can I put the door back on track myself?
Technically yes, but we don’t recommend it. Without addressing the root cause, it’ll come off again. And if the cables or springs are involved, DIY attempts can be dangerous.
How long does an off-track repair take?
Most off-track repairs take 1–2 hours depending on the extent of the damage and whether parts need to be replaced.
Is my door safe to leave overnight if it’s off track?
No. An off-track door can’t close properly, which means your garage is unsecured. Call us — we offer emergency service 7 days a week.
Will the panels need to be replaced?
