Opener not responding?
There’s always a reason β we’ll find it.
Whether it’s a dead remote, a faulty logic board, or a motor that’s worn out β we diagnose the issue before recommending a repair or replacement. No guesswork, no unnecessary parts.
WHAT WE DO
Full opener service β repair or replace.
We service all major brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and Craftsman. Whether your opener is making grinding noises, reversing on its own, or not responding at all β we’ve seen it before and we know how to fix it.
If the repair doesn’t make sense economically, we’ll tell you β and install a new unit the same day at a fair price.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask us.
Should I repair or replace my opener?
If your opener is under 10 years old, a repair usually makes sense. Older units or those with recurring issues are often better replaced β we’ll give you an honest recommendation after diagnosis.
How long does an opener installation take?
A standard installation takes 1.5β2.5 hours including setup, programming remotes, and testing the full system.
Can I still open the door manually while the opener is broken?
Yes β pull the red emergency release cord to disconnect the opener. You can then lift the door manually, assuming the springs are intact.
Do you program remotes and keypads after installation?
Yes, always. We program all remotes, keypads, and wall buttons before we leave. If you have a smart home system we’ll walk you through app setup as well.
